When is my payment due?
Within 7 days from purchase order confirmation.

Can I call in or send my credit card number?
For security reasons, no. We accept Visa or Mastercard through Yahoo Paydirect or Paypal only. When you place an order, even though it might say "By Money Order" you can still pay by Credit Card when using Paypal or Yahoo Paydirect. We will furnish a link or send you an invoice from either site that you may prefer once your order is placed.**

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Visa/Mastercard through Paypal (with confirmed address)or Yahoo PayDirect... Upon your Purchase Order Confirmation notification we will provide a helpful link for Paypal or Yahoo PayDirect.
As we do not have credit card equipment in our office, credit card payments can only be charged through online processing through the services listed above -- we *cannot* charge your card over the phone as the online credit card services do not allow this for security reasons.    Please do NOT send us your credit card information via regular e-mail.    E-mail is easily accessible by hackers, and it is NOT a secure mode of communication for this sensitive information.

How do I charge my credit card?
After you finish shopping and proceed to check-out, please tell us in the special instruction section on the next page that you would like to use your credit card with Paypal. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! Upon receipt of your Purchase Order we will provide you with a link for Yahoo PayDirect or Paypal.

When will my item/items be shipped?
We ship within 24 hours of a Credit Card payment or receipt of Money Order/Cashier's check with the exception of holidays and weekends. We will notify you of receipt of payment and shipping.

Why don't you have a telephone number or address?
As we are an online shop, we too are concerned with the safety of the internet.    However this information (address only) is made available to you after submitting a completed Purchase Order.

We are a Verified Seller business account holder with Paypal. Buyer's who pay us by credit card with this service are protected by X.com's Buyer Protection Guarantee.

As we ship Priority Insured mail, you are covered by the US Postal insurance for claims.

What is your shipping policy and where will you ship?
We use US Priority Insured mail, fees posted on each item description page.    We only ship in the USA. currently there is no International shipping available.

What is your return policy?
As most of our items are unique or limited, all sales are final. If an item is used it will state so in the description. All items are sold "as is" and the sale is final once items are paid for. However, returns may be accepted if the item is significantly different than it was described due to an error or oversight on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment to request a refund and receive return instructions. Do NOT mail the item back until you contact us first -- unverified returns will not be accepted or refunded. The item must be in the same condition as shipped, returned in the protective packing material we used and mailed with insurance. Refunds do NOT include shipping, packing or insurance charges in either direction.
